another ugly looking swell  about 2-3ft ENE waist to head high bumpy and uneven with lots of water moving around, the strong winds blowing onshore and forecast to go ESE and back to E later. overcast with on and off rain and rough seas. high tide before 7am crowd only 1 surfer.
quicksilver and tuason point are smaller while jacking horse up head high with over high set.

the winds up today  strong onshore with the 3ft ENE swell up to over head high messy, short and chop chop waves with lots of water moving around. swell looks hard even the 2 body boarders its really hard to ride the wave. the sun shine with partly cloudy skies and rough seas.
At 4:00 am today a Low Pressure Area (LPA) was estimated based on satellite and surface data at 660 km East of Mindanao (8.0°N, 133.0°E). It is embedded along the Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) affecting Visayas and Mindanao.

   quicksilver is smaller waves and same condition while tuason point and quicksilver are biggers wave up to head high but only jacking are surfable.
