The ENE swell about 1-2ft waist to chest high, short and chop- chop waves very messy and lots of water moving around, swell looks getting worst...
because of the strong winds blowing onshore and forecast stayed strong onshore all day. the sun shine with partly cloudy skies and very rough seas. lowtide at 9:30am withzero crowd.
t 4:00 AM today, a Low Pressure Area (LPA) was estimated based on satellite and surface data at 180 km East of Surigao City (9.5°N, 127.0°E). It is embedded along the Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) affecting Southern Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao.
quicksilver is smaller waves and same condition while tuason point and quicksilver are biggers wave up to head high but only jacking are surfable.
