Swell Size 3ft ENE
the winds up today strong onshore with the 3ft ENE swell up to over head high messy, short and chop chop waves with lots of water moving around. swell looks hard even the 2 body boarders its really hard to ride the wave. the sun shine with partly cloudy skies and rough seas.
At 4:00 am today a Low Pressure Area (LPA) was estimated based on satellite and surface data at 660 km East of Mindanao (8.0°N, 133.0°E). It is embedded along the Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) affecting Visayas and Mindanao.
