the tropical storm with the local name "JULIAN" is too far from siargao island, swell in the range of 2-3ftENE chest high semi clean with some up to head high clean and good barelling sets, freshining light winds blowing onshore all day, another warm day with light to smooth seas.

Synopsis: At 4:00 AM today, the center of Tropical Storm "JULIAN" was estimated based on all available data at 70 km south southeast of Basco, Batanes (19.9°N, 122.3°E) with maximum sustained winds of 85 KPH and gustiness of up to 120 KPH near the center. It is forecast to move West at 22 KPH

Synopsis: At 4:00 PM today, the center of Tropical Depression "JULIAN" was estimated based on all available data at 305 km east southeast of Basco, Batanes (19.5°N, 124.7°E) with maximum sustained winds of 55 KPH and gustiness of up to 70 KPH near the center. It is forecast to move West at 25 KPH.
