SYNOPSIS:At 3:00 PM today, Tropical Storm"KIKO" was estimated based on all available data at 215km West Northwest of Basco, Batanes(20.9 N, 120.0 E) with maximum sustained winds of 65kph near the center and gustiness of up to 80kph. It is forecast to move North Northwest at 17kph.
