Synopsis: At 3:00 PM today, the eye of Typhoon "Gorio" (Nesat) was estimated based on all available data at 475 km Northeast of Tuguegarao City, Cagayan or 320 km East of Basco, Batanes (20.5°N 125.0°E) with maximum sustained winds of 120 km/h near the center and gustiness of up to 145 km/h. It is forecast to move Northwest at 15 km/h. Southwest Monsoon affecting Luzon.
