SYNOPSIS: At 3:00 pm today,the Low Pressure Area (LPA) was estimated based on all available data at 20 km Northwest of Masbate City, Masbate (12.5°N, 123.5°E). meanwhile, another Low Pressure Area (LPA) was estimated based on all available data at 825 km East of Hinatuan, Surigao del Sur (8.5°N, 133.8°E). Southwest Monsoon affecting the western section of Luzon and Visayas.
