SYNOPSIS:At 4:00 pm today, the Low Pressure Area (LPA) was estimated based on all available data at 210km Eastof Pagasa Island, Palawan(11.0N, 116.0E). Tail-end of a Cold Front affecting the Eastern section of Northern Luzon.
