Swell picked up today as early as 5 in the morning swell already pumping, swell in the range of 4-5ft ENE head to over head high clean glassy with some good barreling and long sets. the light winds blowing offshore all day, the sun shine with on and off scattered light rain light to moderate seas.
Synopsis: At 4:00 PM today, the Low Pressure Area (LPA) was estimated based on all available data at 270 km East Southeast of Legazpi City, Albay (12.2N, 126.0E). Northeast Monsoon affecting Northern and Central Luzon.
