Even there is tropical storm but too far from siargao island the small swell continue, swell only 1ft ENE waist high bit messy with few up to chest high semi clean, the light winds blowing offshore all day, the sun shine with partly cloudy skies and light to moderate seas. crowd close to 40 people.
Synopsis: At 4:00 PM today, the center of Severe Tropical Storm “CARINA†was estimated based on all available data at 30 km South of Aparri, Cagayan (18.1°N, 121.6°E) with maximum sustained winds of up to 95 kph near the center and gustiness of up to 120 kph. It is forecast to move Northwest at 20 kph.
