another small swell day but enough for surfing just for fun. the 1-2ft ENE waist high semi clean with few clean up to chest high, the early winds blowing offshore and at mid day winds blowing cross shore offshore light wind til the rest of the day, the sun shine with partly cloudy skies and moderate seas. crowd close to 20 people.
Synopsis: At 4:00 PM today, the Low Pressure Area (LPA) was estimated based on all available data at 555 km East of Borongan, Eastern Samar (11.3°N 130.5°E) embedded along the Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) affecting Visayas and Mindanao.
