swell bit increasing the height but the quality same same yesterday, swell in the range of 2ft ENE chest high with few up to head hight, the light winds blowing onshore all day, the sun shine with partly cloudy skies and moderate seas, crowd just only 1 surfer in the afternoon.
Synopsis: Tail-end of a Cold Front affecting the eastern section of Central Luzon. Northeast Monsoon affecting Northern Luzon.
