the small swell but good weather condition continue.. swell in the range of 1-2ft E waist high short period with few up to chest high, the light to moderate winds blowing onshore all day, the sun shine with clear skies and moderate seas. very few surfer from morning til afternoon.
Northeast Monsoon affecting Northern and Central Luzon. Tail-end of a cold front affecting the eastern section of Southern Luzon.
