Synopsis: At 4:00 pm today, the eye of Typhoon “JENNY†was estimated based on all available data at 785 km East Northeast of Itbayat, Batanes (21.8°N, 129.3°E) with maximum sustained winds of 140 kph near the center and gustiness of 170 kph. It is forecast to move Northwest at 15 kph. Southwest Monsoon
