the 21st International Siargao Surfing Cup formally open today, the ceremony lead by no less than the Governor Sol F. Matugas, swell in the range of 2ft NE up to chest high semi clean, the medium to strong winds blowing offshore all day, the sun shine with partly cloudy skies and moderate seas.
Synopsis: At 4:00 pm today, the center of Severe Tropical Storm “JENNY†was estimated based on all available data at 1,180 km east of Aparri, Cagayan (19.0°N, 132.8°E) with maximum sustained winds of 95 kph near the center and gustiness of up to 120 kph.
