Sadly again today the Amihan didn't improve with only becoming slightly stronger and shifted from NNE to ENE.Swell dropped also to be in the 5ft region.And the crowd stayed at an appropriate zero. Synopsis: Northeast Monsoon affecting Luzon. Forecast: Cagayan Valley, Cordillera, Bicol Region and the Provinces of Aurora and Quezon will have cloudy skies with light rains. Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon will be partly cloudy to at times cloudy with isolated light rains. Visayas and Mindanao will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms. Moderate to strong winds blowing from the northeast will prevail over the whole archipelago with moderate to rough seas.
