Today was another wet season day of continual strong onshore short period 6ft + swell with enough washing machine effect to stop even the keenest surfer venturing into a heavy possible limb breaking session,crowd being zero all day.Synopsis: Northeast Monsoon affecting Luzon. Forecast: Eastern and Central Visayas and Mindanao will experience cloudy skies with light to moderate rainshowers and thunderstorms. Cagayan Valley, Cordillera, Bicol region and the province of Aurora and Quezon will have cloudy skies with light rains. Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon will be partly cloudy to at times cloudy skies with isolated light rains. Western Visayas will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms. Moderate to strong winds blowing from the northeast will prevail over the entire archipelago and the coastal waters will be moderate to rough.
