swell stayed at 15ft+ NNE very heavy and strong and water is bet dirty because of the rain water from the mountain last night even not heavy rain but on and off all night. the strong winds blowing offshore all day, overcast with brief showers.  we tried to look closer the wave at judging house (tower)  very scary because of the big and heavy swell almost up to 3rd floor of the said structure.

Synopsis: at 4:00 pm today, the eye of typhoon “ruby” was located based on all available data including Virac and Cebu radars at 100 km East of Dolores, Eastern Samar or at 195 km East of Catarman, Northern Samar (12.1°N, 126.4°E), with maximum sustained winds of 175 kph near the center and gustiness of up to 210 kph. It is forecast to move West at 16 kph.
