Overnight raining swell in the range of 8ft+ E pretty heavy messy lots of water moving around, the strong winds blowing onshore all day with very rough seas and raining all day.

At 4:00 pm today, Tropical Storm "Seniang" was estimated based on all available data at 140 km Eastsoutheast of Tagbilaran City (9.4°N, 125.1°E), with maximum winds of 65 kph near the center and gustiness of up to 80 kph. It is forecast to move west northwest at 11 kph.
