At 4:00 PM today, the eye of Typhoon "HENRY" was located based on all available data at 500 km East of Legazpi City (13.2°N, 128.6°E) with maximum sustained winds of 120 kph near the center and gustiness of up to 150 kph. It is forecast to move Northwest at 15 kph.
