AT 4:00 PM today, the eye of Typhoon "Henry" was located based on all available data at 530 km east of Guiuan, Eastern Samar (11.4°N, 130.9°E) with maximum sustained winds of 120 kph near the center and gustiness of up to 150 kph. It is forecast to move northwest at 19 kph.
