Meanwhile, at 4:00 am today, Tropical Storm "PEIPAH" was estimated based on all available data at 1,355 km east of General Santos City (5.5°N 137.4°E) with maximum sustained winds of 65 kph near center and gustiness of up to 80 kph. It is forecast to move west northwest at 20 kph.
