swell today only 2ft NE up to chest high bit messy with few semi clean sets, the light early winds blowing NNW and in the afternoon winds blowing cross shore N, only few surfer from morning til afternoon, the sun shine with clear skies and moderate seas.

At 4:00 pm today, the Low Pressure Area (LPA) was estimated based on all available data at 1,120 km East of Guiuan, Eastern Samar (10.5ºN, 137.2ºE).
