Synopsis: At 4:00 AM today, the center of Tropical Storm "MARCE" was estimated based on all available data at 320 km West of Iba, Zambales (15.2°N, 117.0°E) with maximum winds of 85 kph near the center and gustiness of up to 105 kph. It is forecast to move North at 11 kph.
