the summer rain continue with swell in the range of 2-3ft ENE up chest high bit messy and short period with few semi clean set. the light wind blowing onshore all day, the sun shine with partly cloudy skies with on and off light rain with light to smooth seas.
Synopsis: Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) affecting Southern Mindanao. Easterlies affecting the eastern section of the country.
