Synopsis: At 4:00 PM today, the Low Pressure Area (LPA) was estimated based on all available data at 400 km East Southeast of Hinatuan, Surigao del Sur (7.4°N, 129.8°E). Northeast Monsoon affecting Northern Luzon.
