swell bit improving today (Thank you to LPA) , the 2-3ft ENE up to head high semi clean short peiod with some clean and long sets, early winds blowing cross shore offshore and in the afternoon light winds blowing onshore til the rest of the day, the sun shine with partly cloudy skies and smooth seas crowd close to 20 people.
Synopsis: At 4:00 am today, the Low Pressure Area (LPA) was estimated based on all available data at 66 km west of Laoag City, Ilocos Norte (18.0N, 120.0E). Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) affecting Mindanao.
