The swell continued to drop to 2ft from the NNE and had very little power.Crowd varied between lots and shit loads but the mood was good.My return surf was pleasing with a few head dips on the lower tide with not to many obstacles in the line up at that time.Mindanao PRSD Issued at: 5:00 PM today, 30 September 2015 Valid Beginning: 5:00 PM today until 5:00 PM tomorrow Synopsis: At 4:00 pm today, the Low Pressure Area (LPA) was estimated based on all available data at 470 km east of Catarman, Northern Samar (12.4°N, 129.0°E).
