the tropical storm with the international name KAJIKI or local name BASYANG hit siargao island last night from 6pm to 7pm with 65-85kph, thanks god there is no big damage, only mess to clean up, SWELL this morning 8ft ENE semi clean big and very heavy. the light fresh winds blowing onshore SE and they're forecast stayed SE the rest of the day, the sun shine with clear skies and moderate seas, high tide at 7am and lowtide at 1pm , crowd as of 8am only 1 surfer,

At 4:00 AM today, the center of Tropical Storm "BASYANG" was estimated based on all available data at 20 km Southwest of Iloilo City (10.6°N 122.4°E) with maximum winds of 65 kph near the center and gustiness of up to 80 kph. It is forecast to move west at 39 kph.
