another not good to surf at cloud 9 with this winds and swell direction.the 4ft NE from morning till afternoon even from high tide to med tide then low tide swell has no changes very messy, short and chop-chop with lots of water moving around. from morning till afternoon strong winds on and off cross shore all day with rain on and off also all day.
