afternoon update....the 1-2ft NE swell waist to chest high bit messy and short but there some head high semi clean and barreling sets. the light to medium winds blowing cross shore and forecast cross shore the rest of the day, the sun shine with clear skies and moderate seas low tide at 9am as of 12nn crowd more than 10 surfers.

Diffused tail-end of cold front affecting Northern Luzon. Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) affecting Southern Mindanao.
