overnight on and off rain finally at 10am rain stop. swell dropping to 1-2ft E swell up to chest high mostly short and small but there are few head high semi clean and long sets. the gentle winds blowing onshore and forecast onshore the rest of the day, the sun shine with partly cloudy skies and smooth seas. low tide before 9am as of 10 am crowd only 4 surfers
Easterlies affecting Southern Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao. Ridge of High Pressure Area (HPA) extending across Northern and Central Luzon.
