A cool morning with fun size wave waist high, medium winds blowing from W, weather update the sun shine and cloudy skies, no surfer at 7am but 11:00am crowd close to 20 surfers.
At 2:00 a.m. today, the Active Low Pressure Area (ALPA) was estimated based on satellite and surface data at 410 km East of Borongan, Eastern Samar (11.5°N, 129.5°E) embedded along the Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) affecting Southern Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao.
