Swell 1-2ft NE semi clean head high. light to medium seabreeze blowing from SW, a cloudy skies with scattered rainshower but smooth seas. look like so many surfers but mostly surf lesson to the tourist.


At 4:00 p.m. today, Tropical Storm local name "KABAYAN" was estimated based on satellite and surface data at 820 km East Northeast of Catarman, Northern Samar (13.2°N 132.9°E)
