the action and good looking swell continue in the range of 3-4ft ENE head to over head high clean and good barrel with some almost double over head high and long sets, the strong winds blowing offshore and forecast stayed offshore the res of the day, the sun shine with clear skies and rough seas, high tide at 1028am and low tide at 4pm as of 10am crowd close to 20 people.

Everything went exactly as prediction today.The swell grew to approximately 9ft and was slightly more north,wind was light to medium strength offshore .The contest was suspended for the day to allow for deeper sweeter barrels for the finals with 3 days still up their sleeve.hopefully it will be a spectacular.Only a brave few ventured out today

The ocean provided for us all again today,swell was not quite as solid or as consistent as yesterday but the sets seemed the same size and was better around high tide.The wind was lighter most of the day and predominately offshore from the west.Crowd was light early on the lower tide prior to the start of the competition which ran all day into mid afternoon,then about 6 esky lids took advantage of the low tide when it was completed for the day at the end of the quarter finals.

Once again Huey and Jamie rescilloun pronounced Himey in the Philippines have produced the goods for the International Surfing Cup.Swell grew overnight to a solid 5-6ft swell and from a favourable northeast direction for the commencment of the surfing competition with waves of perfection pleasing almost everyone.Wind has varied from light to strong and back again offshore.Crowd being competitors only.
