 At 2:00 pm today, a Low Pressure Area (LPA) was estimated based on satellite and surface data at 960 km East of Mindanao (7.0°N 136.0°E). Northeast monsoon affecting Luzon and Visayas.

the E swell 5-6ft  over head high with bigger sets. semi clean and solid, this is the effect of earthquake yesterday the 6.9 magnitude that hit negros and cebu. today cloud 9 picked up the waves and finally  the howling winds and strong rain  stop. the sun shine with clear skies  and the light winds blowing from NE. crowd just couple surfers and one of them  unlucky  his board snaped.

overnight raining and strong winds continues this morning til afternoon. the 8ft+ NE swell stayed very bad condition all day, even there is a tsunami alert level 2 in cebu and negros, there is no sign for tsunami in siargao island. howling winds blowing fron NE.

bad weather and swell condition. the 10ft+ swell very strong and chop-chop. a very rough water even fisherman no one in cloud 9.  overnight howling winds continues this morning til afternoon with  strong rain. winds blowing from NE. the weather condition look like have typhoon or low pressure but weather station of the philippines (PAGASA) still not yet posting for  or there are low pressure or typhoon to hit siargao.
